Tata Nexon EV Overview

Tata has finally revealed the EV version of their one of the best selling compact SUVs in India. Tata has been known for its build quality since they started manufacturing vehicles in India. Tata Nexon was the made in India car that scored a rating of 5-star rating in adult safety when tested by Global NCAP. Tata has been developing their EV technology and it's named as Ziptron. The battery of the SUV is IP67 certified and is liquid-cooled so that the battery does not heat up. According to Tata, the battery pack is dustproof, shockproof, all-weather and waterproof. The regular charging time for the battery is around 8 hours however, through the fast charger you can charge the battery from 0%-80% in just 60 minutes. Tata Nexon EV will be available in three variants namely XM, XZ+ and top of the line XZ+ LUX. Tata Nexon EV price is expected to be around Rs. 14-15 lakh.
